This is a super low-speed dip coating device that enables angle adjustment and diagonal lifting of the workpiece with two-axis θ angle control. It is capable of dip coating at ultra-low speeds in the nanometer range (variable by 1nm) for materials such as glass, acrylic, copper foil, and tubular substances. It is suitable for forming nano-level film thickness, opal films, particle arrangements, and crystal generation. The operation uses a touch panel interface, allowing for easy control of two-axis synchronization and single-axis operation. Speed change points (up to 16 points), speed adjustments (in 1nm increments), repetitive operations, and memory for operation patterns (up to 8 patterns) can all be easily managed on the touch panel. This system was developed under the guidance of the Hirao Laboratory at Kyoto University.
